The funny thing is, I never planned on ending up here.
I studied linguistics, got a 9-5 job, and never started a lemonade stand, or imagined running a business. Then Bali happened.
One slightly impulsive decision later, I found myself running an online business — handling the marketing, launches, emails, sales pages, and pretty much everything else that makes people actually buy things.
I quickly fell down a rabbit hole of copywriting, customer psychology, buyer behaviour, and all the gloriously nerdy stuff that comes with it.
While the business grew, my obsession with sales psychology grew right alongside it.
I started writing launch copy for other brilliant business owners who had brilliant offers and needed the words to match.
Since then, I've written copy for some of the biggest names in the Dutch online business space, worked behind multiple six and seven-figure launches, and before long, my freelance work turned into a fully booked copywriting business.
→ 8+ years of marketing, copywriting and building online businesses behind the scenes
→ an unhealthy fascination with why people buy things beyond the pretty words
→ a slightly spooky ability to pull the words out of your head you didn't even know you were trying to say
You get the best of both worlds: a high-converting copywriter's touch combined with an online marketing strategist's insight. That means you don’t just get copy that sounds nice, but the version you’d write if you had unlimited time and a psychic connection to your ideal client.
Copy that makes people go: “Wait... do they have cameras in my living room?” Followed by: “Okay. Where do I sign up.”
